How to Reserve a Court

pickleclub18Recent News, Website

Hello Members,

We have been informed that the City will be announcing the opening of all tennis/pickleball courts for public use this weekend along with guidelines, directions, and signage.

The Club has also received approval from the City to begin a “Reserved Court” program on Monday, May 18 during club hours (8:00 a.m. to 1:00 pm, and 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Monday thru Fridays, and 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 pm on Saturdays).

The linked documents below explain how we will be operating for the last two weeks of May:

  1. Player Expectations and Court Host Summary
  2. Instructions – Reserve a Court

Implementing these types of changes will allow the courts to be active again during club time and make a lot of people very happy.  We also understand there will be those members that will not yet feel comfortable playing, but there will also be members who feel we are being too restrictive.  We are trying to make the best of a very challenging time.

Please note that if you choose to access the courts during club time you are agreeing to abide by all the expectations and guidelines set out in the attached documents.

Please note that if you also play during non-club time in addition to club time, please follow all the guidelines and expectations that our club has put forth and the City endorsed/approved.

Thank you and see you on the courts!

On behalf of the PPC executive,
Dave Burgoyne, Vice President, Program Director
